They never called after they broke something else when doing a repair. They kept the car three weeks and I had to keep checking on them, no one gave me any updates.

That is the only discourtesy I have to complain about. That would have been a nice jester after spending almost 5000.00

My vehicle was picked up at my house serviced and delivered back to my house. I was pleased with this experience.
The dealership had my truck for seven weeks and did not fix main problem that I wanted fixed but still charged my warranty company a ridiculous price for what they didn’t do. I even caught the service manager trying to lie to cover the shop not doing their job. I will never use them again and will be sure to spread the word.

The service was long on repairing my truck. I waited almost 3 weeks to get my truck back and still the parts that was needed for my wiper did not arrive. Was not happy about the situation at all.
Attitude is everything and I have normally taken my car to the dealership in Florida where I purchased it. On every occasion they have been extremely polite and energetic. Happy to see you no matter what business we had with them. Very professional in attitude and dress. I took my truck in to have it worked on. I left it with the dealer. They didn’t check engine light. They just pulled it out from where electric parked in the lot and told me they couldn’t do nothing to it. I didn’t find the mechanics to be professional. No uniforms, no paper floor mat, no steering wheel gaurd, oil smudges left on the side of my vehicle, oil smudge left on center console. Dealerships should hold themselves to a higher standard than a quick live.
